Through the joint efforts of Hub Artsakh and AITC/EIF, two unique programs became a true starting point for displaced women from Artsakh — opening new doors and introducing them to new professions.
The first program, “Administrative Skills Development,” opened the gateway to the digital world and its technological opportunities. Twenty-five women mastered MS Office, Google Workspace, and numerous digital tools. Just as importantly, they developed their soft skills—communication, teamwork, time management, and conflict resolution. With every lesson, document prepared, dataset analyzed, and presentation delivered, participants began to feel their own strength, trust in their abilities, and stand more firmly on their feet.
The second program, “Fundamentals of Accounting,” introduced participants to the financial world, offering them the opportunity to acquire a new profession. They learned bookkeeping, tax systems, payroll calculation, and prepared financial reports during practical sessions — skills that became the foundation for their professional growth and confident steps into the workforce. Another 25 displaced women from Artsakh took part in this course.
By participating in these programs, the women not only gained practical knowledge, but also grew more self-assured, motivated, and inspired. They built warm, friendly connections with one another and found renewed determination to stand strong.
The courses concluded with a heartfelt certificate awarding ceremony, where participants proudly received their certificates, shared their achievements, and listened to inspiring advice from professionals in the field.
The collaboration between Hub Artsakh and AITC/EIF once again demonstrated that through joint efforts it is possible not only to teach and educate, but also to inspire, support, and gradually transform reality — with hope and confidence.
