Instructor Karine Harutyunyan: Approximately 30 years of management experience in the education field. Karine is an experienced specialist in strategic planning and project management, having developed and implemented numerous projects with the financial support of government and international organizations, including the World Bank, UN, and Asian Development Bank. She holds a Ph.D. in Physical and Mathematical Sciences and has completed the Policy Analysis and Planning course at Harvard University, as well as studied for a doctorate in Education Management at the University of Sussex (UK). As an international consultant, she works in various countries, teaches, and engages in scientific research.
